Hats off to Wesabe for being open and communicative
This just showed up in twitter 30 secs ago. This is typical of Wesabe who always communicate everything, good or bad! Way to go Wesabe, and I trust you get it resolved quickly.

Thanks much! We’ve been doing this on Twitter for a while now, and have gotten a bunch of positive feedback about it. People like not having to check to see when the site is back up (which it is); instead, they just wait for the “okay we’re back” message to come through. I highly recommend this approach.
